An hour out of jail, woman stabs boyfriend

MUSKOGEE, Okla. — Just over an hour after she was released from jail, an Oklahoma woman landed back behind bars for stabbing her boyfriend, police said.

The pair had both been in custody for stealing from Walmart, Muskogee police spokesman Cpl. Michael Mahan said.

"After they were released, they got into an argument," Mahan said.

Alexandria Gabrielle Wilson, 19, and Daniel Beaty, 18, were released from jail in downtown Muskogee around 3 p.m. Monday, two days after their initial arrest, Mahan said.

An hour later, emergency responders arrived at the Muskogee Federal Building, just a few blocks from the jail, to find Beaty bleeding from his left shoulder.

Police said Wilson had chased him and stabbed him with a knife.

Beaty was taken to a local hospital, where he was listed in good condition.

Officers said Beaty did not wish to press charges, but Wilson was booked into the jail for domestic assault with a deadly weapon.
