---- — Cassidy Helms of Montgomery was named an ambassador by the Admission Office at the University of Southern Indiana. She will join current members of the Student Ambassador Organization.
Helms is a sophomore majoring in Spanish and English. She is a member of the Honors Program and participates in intramural sports at USI. Helms is the daughter of Darren and Tina Helms of Montgomery and a graduate of Barr-Reeve High School.
SAO is a group of individuals that features the very best of what USI has to offer. Student ambassadors serve as university representatives, recruiters, hosts, tour guides, and leaders. Ambassadors promote USI to prospective students, current students, and alumni by introducing university programs and campus life.
