Peter Pasula Study Habits Scholarship: One $500 award. To be eligible for the Study Habits Scholarship a student must: be attending an accredited post-secondary institution by the fall of 2014, enrolled at any level in any program that is two years in length or longer and must answer the essay question on the website online application form. Maple Leaf Dentistry Scholarship: One $500 award. To be eligible a student must be attending school at the undergraduate level in the fall of 2014 and can be enrolled in any year of their undergraduate program. High School seniors who will graduate in 2014 are considered eligible. If you are attending a trades and/or technical school, the program must be at least 2 years in length or longer. Student must have done at least 100 hours of volunteer work over the last 2 years. You are required to name someone in the organization that can verify the time you spent participating in volunteer activities. We will only contact the individual you name in the event that you are chosen as the winner. Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher in his/her last academic year.
