Neat feet clinic

Daviess Community Hospital will hold its Neat Feet Clinic from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Senior and Family Services, 211 E. Main St. Cost is $25 and a registered nurse will trim and file toenails, apply lotion and assess feet for any abnormalities. Appointments must be made by calling the DCH Specialty Clinic at 812-254-8855.

Bible study group in Odon

Women’s Community Bible Study will be at Odon Library and last for eight weeks. The lesson is “Faith in Action.” Sign up is at 9:30 a.m. March 19. Classes begin March 26 from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. All area women are welcome. For more information, call Velara Wade at 812-687-7652 or Mary Woodruff at 812-687-7617.

Screenings at DCH

Daviess Community Hospital will be offering the following screenings in the DCH lobby from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. March 19:

Cholesterol and glucose screenings (blood sugar) — fasting for 8 hours prior to the screening gives the best results; monofilament screenings for diabetics; blood pressure screenings; body mass index.
