---- — The City of Washington is a key United Way partner. Nineteen employees completed work for Head Start, the Lighthouse Recovery Center and the Daviess County YMCA during the annual Day of Caring on Sept. 25. The city just wrapped up a record campaign collecting $4,084 in pledges.
