Washington Library to offer youth programs

---- — The Washington Carnegie Public Library will offer the following programs for area youth. To get more information or to register, call the library at 254-4586.

Lego Club will meet on Nov. 7 from 4:15 p.m. to 5 p.m. for children six years of age and older. A special guest appearance may take place before getting to build your own creation.

Annual Gingerbread House Making will take place on Dec. 11 from 4:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. Children K-6th grades will make their own house and enjoy a favorite story. SIGN UPS start on Nov. 22. Space is limited.

Let’s Read Together Event will take place on Nov. 12 for parents and their toddler or preschooler children. Jennifer Stefancik, Purdue Extension Educator, will present research and some tips on reading together. Bring your toddler or preschooler along for some fun with reading. Call the library for more information.
