VU Jasper to hold entrepreneur class

JASPER — Interested in starting your own business? Get the information you need to be a success through a series of Saturday seminars that will begin Sept. 21 at the Vincennes University Jasper Campus.

The seminars are scheduled the third Saturday of each month through March from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the VUJC Center for Technology, Innovation and Manufacturing. There will be no class in December. The cost is $10 per session.

The seminars will help prospective entrepreneurs to determine their preparedness and ability to start a business. Participants will examine the opportunities, responsibilities, and challenges involved in business ownership. Sponsors of the Business Start-up Series include VUJC, City of Jasper, Jasper Chamber of Commerce, Dubois Strong, and Indiana Small Business Development Center.
