Towers celebrate Thanksgiving

The Washington Towers residents celebrated their Thanksgiving dinner on Nov. 21.

In the spirit of the first Thanksgiving a prayer of thanks was delivered by William Summers, then meals were delivered to the following residents: Myrt Alford, Connie Alsman, Marilyn Barrett, Margaret Bingham, Gladys Bledsoe, Virginia Bush, Marie Cain, Gordon Cornelius, Naomi Davis, Aline Denny, Mike Drust, Terry Edwards, Debbie Fields, Tom Fisher, Judy Gaston, Fay George, Betty Goodwin, Mike Grannan, Rita Guy, Ricky Harsha, Linda Hatton, Tim Hill, Philip Hunter, Peggy Johnson, Pat Jones, Fay Ledbetter, Pauline Lucas, Lee and Penny Martin, Charles Maxwell, Frances McCain, Juanita Meade, Bernard Miller, Louis Moore, Lynn O’Brian, Debra and Darrell Pattengale, Katie Patterson, Dan Queen Jr., Mary Queen, Dee Reeves, Eugene Rhoads, Wava Riester, Wanda Sanders, Connie Sheetz, Rose Stanley, Donna Stone, Connie Thompson, Pat Williams, Sharon Willis and Phyllis Wolven.

Guests attending were William Summers, Bev Summers, Flo Cavanaugh, John Healy, Arlene Sobecki and Sharon Grindstaff.
