Schnarr selected to be student ambassador

Emily Schnarr has been selected to be a student ambassador for the People to People International Exchange Program founded by President Dwight D. Eisenhower.

Schnarr has also received the NCR Corporation Scholarship for 2013-14, the Walter Jermakouicz Scholarship, the Henry and Hazel Benninghof Scholarship, and the University of Evansville Alumni Scholarship.

Schnarr is a junior at USI and is majoring in business administration where she has maintained a 4.0 for four semesters.

She is the daughter of David and Lori Schnarr, the granddaughter of Ken Schnarr, all of Washington, the late Lois E. Schnarr, the late John A. Duzan, the late Margie (Dyer) Garner, and the stepdaughter of the late John “Jack” Garner.

Schnarr attended Grace Christian, Raglesville, and North Daviess schools. She is a 2010 graduate of Washington Catholic High School.
