New doctors join Memorial Hospital staff

JASPER — Effective Jan. 14, Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center’s Southwest Indiana Orthopaedics and Spine - Dr. Brian Blessinger and Dr. Brian Woebkenberg’s offices will begin seeing patients at their new location in Memorial Health Center at 695 West Second Street in Jasper (across from IGA).

Dr. Blessinger received his medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency at University of Toledo Medical Center in Ohio.

He completed an orthopaedic spine fellowship at Ortho Carolina in Charlotte, N. C. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

Dr. Woebkenberg received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed an orthopaedic surgery residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Wash.

Board certified in orthopedic surgery with a subspecialty in sports medicine, he is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

Dr. Woebkenberg joined the Active Medical Staff at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in 2011.
