Wininger, Brundage to wed

— Tim and Brenda Wininger of Loogootee announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Nicole Wininger, to Patrick Brundage, son of Tim and Tina Smith of Santa Claus and Steve and Pam Brundage of Springfield, Ill.
The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Loogootee High School and will be attending St. Martin’s University in Lacey, Wash., to finish her bachelor of arts in elementary education.
The future bridegroom is a 2002 graduate of Heritage Hills High School in Lincoln City and a 2006 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army. He has served on one deployment as a signal intelligence platoon leader in Baghdad, Iraq, and is currently serving as the battalion intelligence officer for 2nd Battalion 1st Infantry regiment (Stryker) with an expected deployment sometime in 2009.
The wedding will take place at 2 p.m. Aug. 2 at St. John Catholic Church. A reception will follow at the Martin County Community Building.
Invitations have been sent but all friends and relatives are welcome.
