(AP) &#8212; State police have arrested on a murder charge the stepfather of a 15-year-old southern Indiana girl whose body was found behind a shed near her home.Indiana State Police say 32-year-old Ryan Lee Shelby of Rockport was arrested on a preliminary charge of murder at around 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Jasper State Police post. He was being held Wednesday at the Spencer County Jail. Police did not know whether he had a lawyer, but is scheduled to be arraigned in Spencer County today.</description>

As part of celebrating head starts Take It Outside Week, children participated in parachute games, an obstacle course, painting, pumpkin rolling and many other outdoor activities. Classroom activities were enjoyed in the fresh air with the children dancing to the music, playing instruments and being read to by the teachers. National Head Start Body Start encouraged Head Start Centers across the nation to get outside, connect with the natural world and increase physical activity.
