NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Daviess County, Indiana, in Cause No. 14C-01-0803-MF-982 wherein EquiCredit Corporation of America was Plaintiff, and Wayne L. Ellis and Martha M. Ellis were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 15th day of April, 2009, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department, 101 N.E. 4th Street, Washington, IN 47501, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Daviess County, Indiana.

Part of the East half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 5 North, Range 6 West, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the West side of Odon Street as it is extended South to the Odon Road, in the Town of Elnora, Indiana, and a distance of 340 feet, 3 inches North of the center of the Odon Road, same being on the South line of said Section and running thence West 172 feet to Ellen Street, thence North 74 feet, 3 inches, thence East 172 feet, thence South 74 feet 3 inches to the place of beginning.
