By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Daviess County, on Cause No. 14D01-0712-MF-173 wherein HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc., was Plaintiff and Shawn W. Cates, Christina L. Cates and State of Indiana, Depart-ment of Revenue, were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on June 18, 2008 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. at the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department, 101 N.E. 4th, Washington, IN 47501, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Daviess County, Indiana.
