Additionally, operations may be conducted through portions of Daviess County Roads 120S, 175S, 200S, 350S, 400S, 425S, 650E, 700E, 800E and 900E pending County Commissioner’s approval.

Writen comments, objections, and/or requests for a permit conference must be filed with the Division of Reclamation within 30 days of the final weekly publication of this notice and must reference the above listed application number.
