Published June 17, 2008 08:26 am - By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Daviess County, Indiana, in Cause No. 14C01-0802-MF-079, wherein Chase Home Finance LLC, successor by merger to Chase Manhat-tan Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Kevin L. Hostetter and Susan L. Hostetter, were Defen-dants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 16th day of July, 2008, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department, 101 N.E. 4th Street, Washington, IN 47501, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in, Daviess County, Indiana.

A part of Block Twenty-seven in William C. Griffith’s First Addition to the Town of Elnora, Indiana, as shown by the plat thereof, recorded in Deed Record 10, page 504 in the Office of the Recorder of Daviess County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 55 feet North of the Southwest corner of said Block 27 and running thence North 121 feet; thence east 182 feet to the east line of Block 27; thence South 121 feet; thence West 182 feet to the place of beginning.
