NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circcuit Court of Daviess County, Indiana, in Cause No. 14C01-0812-MF-520, wherein Chase Home Finance LLC was plaintiff, and Lisa Hauser, et al., were the defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 15th day of July, 2009, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 101 N.E. 4th Street, Washington, IN 47501, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Daviess County, Indiana:

That portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 3 North, Range 6 West of the Second Principal Meridian, Barr Township, Daviess County, Indiana; being described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said Quarter Section, which is monumented by a 11⁄4 inch rebar with a 3 inch diameter steel cap labeled “DAV CO” found buried 2 inches; thence along the East line of said Quarter Section South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 1217.70 feet (1218.92 feet recorded in Deed Record 126, Page 203, in the Office of the Recorder of Daviess County, Indiana) to a railroad spike set flush and being the point of beginning of this description; thence continuing along the East line of said Quarter Section South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 277.38 feet to a railroad spike set flush; thence along and coincident with the North line of a 1.500 acre tract, as described in Deed Record 134, Page 77, in said Recorder’s Office, North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, passing a 5⁄8 inch rebar found flush at 25.28 feet and 1⁄2 inch rebar found buried 1 inch at 249.14 feet 315.37 feet in all to a 5⁄8 inch rebar set flush bearing a survey cap inscribed “D.L. Helms RLS 29600022”; thence North 48 degrees 40 minutes 02 seconds East 420.00 feet to the point of beginning and containing 1.004 acres, more or less. The bearing system of this description is based upon the East line of said Quarter Section being South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East (South).

That portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 3 North, Range 6 West of the Second Principal Meridian, Barr Township, Daviess County, Indiana; being described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said Quarter Section, which is monumented by a 11⁄4 inch rebar with a 3 inch diameter steel cap labeled “DAV CO” found buried 2 inches; thence along the East line of said Quarter Section, South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 1217.70 feet to a railroad spike found flush at the North most corner of a 1.004 acre tract, as described in Instrument Number 99-5775, in the Office of the Recorder of Daviess County, Indiana, and being the point of beginning of this description; thence South 48 degrees 40 minutes 02 seconds West 420.00 feet toa 5⁄8 inch rebar found flush bearing a survey cap inscribed “D.L. Helms RLS 29600022” at the Southwest Corner of said 1.004 acre tract; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 18.35 feet to the approximately centerline of the creek; thence with the general direction of the creek, North 47 degrees 52 minutes 03 seconds East 450.00 feet to the East line of said Quarter Section; thence along said East line, South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 24.50 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.152 acres, more or less. The bearing system of this description is based upon the East line of said Quarter Section being South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East.
Subject to an easement for ingress and egress retained for the purpose of access to the drainage ditch/creek by Amos M. Wittmer and Lily Mae Wittmer, husband and wife, over the above described real estate as contained in Warranty Deed dated December 14, 1999 and recorded December 30, 1999, as Instrument No. 99-6335.
