NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

By virtue of a certified copy of Decree of Foreclosure to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Daviess County, Indiana, in Cause No. 14C01-0711-MF-420 wherein Deutscche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee Under Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of April 1, 2006 Morgan Stanley Capital I Inc. Trust 2006 HE2 Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2006 HE2, is Plaintiff, and Thomas K. Noble, III is the defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 20th day of August, 2008, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day at the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Daviess County, Indiana:
