By virtue of a certified copy of the Default Judgment and Entry of Decree of Foreclosure issued and directed to me from the Clerk of the Daviess Circuit Court, wherein the Court found that there is due and owing to the Plaintiff the sum of $17,107.67 as of May, 13, 2008, through date of judgment, plus interest at the rate of 8% per annum from May 16, 2008, foreclosure of real estate mortgages on the real property herein below described.
