NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Daviess Circuit Court of Daviess County, Indiana, in Cause No. 14C01-0904-MF-226, wherein Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P. was Plaintiff, and Shannon M. Thomas a/k/a Shannon Mariah Thomas was Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18th day of November, 2009, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 101 Northeast 4th Street, Washington, IN 47501, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Daviess County, Indiana.

A part of out lot 4 in Kinney's addition, a part of location 160 and a part of location 250, all in township 3 North, range 7 west and all in the city of Washington, Described as follows, Beginning at a point on the north line of west Hefron Street in the city of Washington, and which point of Beginning is 74 Feet east of the point where the north line of said Hefron Street intersects the East Line of Northwest sixth street in said city, and from thence running North 134 feet; thence west 40 feet; thence south 134 feet to the North line of West Hefron street, and thence west 40 feet to the place of beginning.
