NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Daviess Circuit Court of Daviess County, Indiana, in Cause No. 14C01-0902-MF-048 wherein Residen-tial Mortgage Trust 2008-R1 was Plaintiff, and Jeanne C. McCauley, Hillside Manor and National Check Bureau, Inc. were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18th day of November, 2009, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 101 Northeast 4th Street, Washington, IN 47501, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Daviess Couty, Indiana.

Lot Numbered Eight (8) in Ridgewood Acres Subdivision to Daviess County, Indiana.

More commonly known as 1905 Ridge Ct., Washington, IN 47501-8530.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
