NOTICE TO FREEHOLDERS WITHIN THE PRAIRIE CREEK CONSERVANCY DISTRICT

DAVIESS COUNTY, INDIANA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that two (2) vacancies shall occur in the Board of Directors of the Prairie Creek Conser-vancy District (“PCCD”) on January 4, 2010, due to (a) the expiration on said date of the 4-year term of Richard L. Robinson, Sr., as director and member of said Board and who is designated to AREA II of PCCD and (b) the expiration on said date of the term of Alan Keith, as member and director of said Board, and who is designated to Area III of PCCD, to fill the unexpired term of John Carroll, specifically, for a term of one year.

Nominations from free-holders in said AREA II and Area III are hereby invited to fill these vacancies.

Each nomination must be sized by at least five (5) freeholders in the Area for which the nomination is being made, and must be submitted in writing to the office of James F. Havill, Attorney, 401 East South Street, Washington, IN 47501, prior to December 1, 2009, or mailed thereto in an envelope with sufficient United States postage with postmark dated prior to December 1, 2009.

AREA II consists of all of the real estate lying within the PCCD which is located within Washington Township, Daviess County, State of Indiana.

AREA III consists of all of the real estate lying within the PCCD which is located within Steele Township, Daviess County, State of Indiana.
