By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Superior/Circuit Court of Daviess County Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said DECREE, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder at the date, time and location listed above, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate, a certain tract or parcel of land described as follows:
A portion of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 2 North, Range 6 West in Harrison Township, Daviess County, Indiana and more specifically described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 30; thence North 01 degree 56 minutes 18 seconds East 343.43 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 01 degree 56 minutes 18 seconds East 413.68 feet; thence East 764.61 feet; thence North 60 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 34.64 feet; thence South 30 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 20.00 feet; thence East 124.21 feet to a point on a curve; said curve having an intersection angle of 90 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds and a radius of 99.56 feet; thence in a southwesterly direction on and along the arc of said curve 118.79 feet; thence South 00 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds East 320.63 feet; thence West 881.80 feet to the point of beginning. Said tract contains 8.33 acres, more or less, subject to all legal highways and rights-of-way. Said tract is also subject to an easement 25 feet in width, for roadway and utility purposes, and being parallel with, adjacent to and immediately West of the entire East line of the above described tract. The above description is according to a Survey of Property dated August 10, 1999, and recorded August 20, 1999, as Instrument No. 99-4197, prepared by Kenneth C. Solliday, Registered Indiana Land Surveyor No. S. 0112.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
