A PART OF LOCATION 135, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 7 WEST, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A STONE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE LOT OF LAND CONVEYED BY WILLIAM TRANTER TO HIRAM HOGSHEAD, WHICH IS SITUATE IN SAID LOCATION 135; THENCE EAST 88 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOCATION; THENCE SOUTH 91 FEET TO VAN TREES STREET IN THE CITY OF WASHINGTON, INDIANA; THENCE WEST 88 FEET ALONG SAID STREET TO A POINT DUE SOUTH OF THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, AND THENCE NORTH 91 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, this sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. In accordance to the requirements of IC 32-29-7-3, this Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of this real estate upon the owners.
