Martin County can begin using VA van By Nate Smith, Staff WriterDENTAL INSURANCE
Tony Cochrane with the Doty Insurance Agency presented the commissioners with a new dental insurance plan. The new plan, Cochrane said, has no deductibles and has $1,000 maximum benefit. Currently, only four county employees are enrolled in the county’s dental plan. The commissioners tabled the proposal until its Jan. 20 meeting. REORGANIZATION The commissioners reorganized for the new year with George taking over as president of the board. Gregory was elected vice president. The board will meet every other Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the Commissioner’s room at the courthouse.
