Five-year-old Miah Downs sticks her head out of the Cardinal Toss during the end of the year carnival held at Washington Catholic Cardinal Care and Preschool on Monday. This is the last year of Cardinal Care at it’s current location at 200 Main St.
After the school year Cardinal Care will be moved to the Early Childhood wing of Washington Catholic Elementary School.
