Published November 03, 2009 09:06 am - Martin County officials consider Capital Improvement Plan By Emilee Shake SHOALS — The Martin County Council and Commissioners met in a joint meeting Monday night to discuss the idea of hiring Maximus, a company that will create a Capital Improvement Plan for the county.
