(AP) &#8212; State police have arrested on a murder charge the stepfather of a 15-year-old southern Indiana girl whose body was found behind a shed near her home.Indiana State Police say 32-year-old Ryan Lee Shelby of Rockport was arrested on a preliminary charge of murder at around 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Jasper State Police post. He was being held Wednesday at the Spencer County Jail. Police did not know whether he had a lawyer, but is scheduled to be arraigned in Spencer County today.</description>

  <description>Vadney Blake, 23, Cannelburg, was sentenced Monday in Dubois County Circuit Court for the beating death of her son, Jalen. During the short sentencing, Dubois Judge William Weikert agreed to the plea agreement where Blake pled guilty to battery resulting in death, a Class A felony.
