WASHINGTON — ARRESTS

Shane M. Fowler, 26, Washington, was arrested Sunday by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department on a petition to revoke suspended sentence for battery resulting in bodily injury. Bond was set at $2,000.

Aaron Scott Fox, 48, Washington, was arrested Sunday by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department on a petition to revoke suspended sentence for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person. Bond was set at $2,500.

Dereck Eugene Wininger, 22, Washington, was arrested Sunday by Washington police on three counts of petition to revoke suspended sentence for resisting law enforcement, petition to revoke suspended sentence for theft and failure to return to lawful detention. Bond was set at $125,000.

Christopher J. Clark, 35, Washington, was arrested Saturday by Washington police for disorderly conduct. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Shane Allen Wallace, 19, Washington, was arrested Saturday by Washington police on three counts of public intoxication, minor consumption and criminal trespass. Bond was set at $2,500.

Jarit Arthur Keith, 48, Washington, was arrested Saturday by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department for operating a vehicle while intoxicated .15 percent or higher. Bond was set at $2,000.

Baysul Samuel Buckner, Jr., 46, Bloomfield, was arrested Friday by Washington police on five counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated .15 percent or higher, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, reckless driving and driving while suspended with a prior. Bond was set at $10,500.

Michael Dewayne Hamm, 44, Washington, was arrersted Friday by Washington police on two counts of momestic battery and strangulation. Bond was set at $4,500.

Tracey Yarbough, 35, Washington, was arrested Thursday by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department for possession of marijuana. No bond was set.
