Tuesday's police report


Jason A. Kolb, 39, Washington, was arrested by city police Saturday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, being a habitual traffic violator, resisting law enforcement, possession of a legend drug, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and criminal recklessness with a vehicle. He was released on $15,500 bond.

Derek F. Mattingly, 25, Vincennes, was arrested by Daviess County Sheriff’s deputies Saturday on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence. He was released on $25,000 bond.

Brian E. Smith, 44, Washington, was arrested by city police Saturday on a warrant for possession of a legend drug. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Joshua R. Sours, 38, Washington, was arrested by Odon police on an out of county warrant. He was being held without bond.

Crash injuries 5 in Martin County LOOGOOTEE -- A Sunday-morning accident on U.S. 213 sent five people to the hospital and two are facing charges. According to a release from the Indiana State Police, Brandy C. Nobbe, 30, Indianapolis, was driving a 2000 GMC Safari van south on U.S. 231 near Truelove Church Road around 9:41 a.m. when she lost control on the slick road. The van went into the northbound lane and hit a ditch and utility pole. Nobbe and four other passengers were injured in the accident and were taken to Jasper Memorial Hospital. She was admitted into the hospital and during her stay, Nobbe tested positive for a controlled substance. She was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with minor passengers. Angel Royer, 39, Loogootee suffered a fractured sternum. Alexis Royer, 11, Brinley Royer, 10 and Addison Royer, 2, all of Loogootee, had contusions. All four were treated and released. A warrant check on Angel Royer shown she was wanted on warrants in Daviess and Spencer counties for check deception. She was taken to the Daviess County Security Center.
