WASHINGTON — CITY REPORT

Monday

12:41 p.m. - An employee of Kaitlyn's Kloset, 207 E. Main St., reported a male took a pair of Nike Air Jordan shoes.

8:58 a.m. - An employee of Williams Bros. Pharmacy, 10 Williams Bros. Drive, said a male had brought in a forged prescription from a Jasper physician.

The evidence was taken and consulted with Jasper police, who are working a case of stolen prescription notes. A suspect was named and charges are being filed in the case.

Sunday

10:04 p.m. - A male caller at 418 S.E. Sixth St. reported an attic fire.

City firefighters were on the scene and extinguished the small fire.

Saturday

8:24 a.m. - Alan Mattingly, 501 Hillcrest Drive,  advised someone had busted out the back window of his vehicle.

8:50 a.m. - Tom Kelsey, 901 W. South St., advised someone had taken a blue with teal green letters, 20-inch bicycle from his back porch area.

2:21 p.m. - Walmart advised they had a shoplifter taking a comforter and other items. A vehicle description was give and the surveillance video will be reviewed.

COUNTY REPORT

Sunday

6:56 p.m. - A caller reported a possible meth lab at 305 S. Gum St. in Odon.

Several deputies responded and an investigation was initiated.

5:08 p.m. - A caller at 1210W U.S. 50 reported the remains of a meth lab were in the front yard. The items were collected.

Saturday

2:12 p.m. - A caller reported possible meth trash along CR 450S. The items were taken care of.

10:33 a.m. - Terry Petty, Plainville, reported a 42-inch TV stolen.

Friday

3:31 p.m. - A caller at 1054 N. Sugarland Road reported an ATV with winch and snow blade stolen. A report was made.

ARRESTS

Dylan Burris, 24, Washington, was arrested by city police Thursday for criminal trespassing, possession of meth, possession of marijuana, possession of a Schedule II substance and possession of a Schedule IV substance. He was being held at the Daviess County Security Center  without bond.

Katrina Walker, 28, Morgan City, La., was arrested by Daviess County Sheriff¹s deputies Thursday on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for conspiracy to commit dealing in a narcotic drug. She was being held on

$100,000 bond.

Bonnie Joyce Bannowsky, 26, Winslow, was arrested by sheriff's deputies Friday on a warrant for conspiracy to commit dealing in a controlled substance, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of marijuana. She was being held on $100,000 bond.

Erica M. McGiffen, 36, Bicknell, was arrested by sheriff's deputies Friday on a failure to appear warrant for check deception. She was released on

$2,000 bond.

Charles O'Connor, 49, Loogootee, was arrested by sheriff's deputies Friday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with .15 BAC and operating a vehicle while never receiving a license. He was released on $4,000 bond.

Agustin Alanis Santos, 48, Washington, was arrested by city police Saturday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated refusing an alcohol test, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction, driving while suspended and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Frank Leroy Smith, 24, Washington, was arrested by city police Friday on a warrant for receiving stolen property and failure to appear warrant for assisting a criminal. He was being held on $4,500 bond.

Nathaniel Curtis Long, 28, Washington, was arrested by city police Saturday for possession of methamphetamine, reckless possession of paraphernalia, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a controlled substance and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person. He was released on $3,000 bond.

Alan Plummer, 60, no address given, was arrested by Odon Police Sunday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with .15 BAC or more. He was released on $10,000 bond.

LOOGOOTEE ARREST

Jeremiah Tharp, 27, Shoals, and Richard Wetter, 43, Loogootee, were arrested by Loogootee Police officers Friday. Tharp was charged with intent to manufacture methamphetamine and conversion and Wetter was charged with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Both were taken to the Martin County Security Center.

KNOX COUNTY ARREST

Alesia N. Rogers, 21, Bloomington, was arrested by Edwardsport Marshal's officers Saturday after finding her outside intoxicated, not wearing pants and holding a one-year-old baby.

 Officers were called due to a domestic dispute involving Rogers and she left with the baby. She was charged with neglect of a dependent, public intoxication and battery. She was taken to the Knox County Security Center.
