Wednesday

11:37 a.m. - Police received a complaint that someone dumped personal trash in the Oak Grove Cemetary. The trash included the name of a Washington resident. Authorities went to the address but found it was vacant.

1:56 p.m. - A woman at 113 Coronado Drive reported someone stole two $100 gift cards from her home.

Tuesday

3:02 p.m - A woman reported a couple ate at the Family Restaurant at 2020 State St. and left without paying for their $33.55 meal.

5:39 p.m. - Police received a report from Chuckles at 201 N.E. Fifth St. that someone in a black truck drove off without paying for $20 in gas.

5:42 p.m. - Police responded to a call at Walmart at 100 Bypass 50 Plaza that they were holding a shoplifter who attempted to steal a bottle of cologne with a retail value of $44.97.

9:19 a.m. - An employee at Chuckles at 201 N.E. Fifth St. reported a woman in a gold minivan drove off without paying for $48.99 in gas.

12:21 a.m. - A resident reported four tires had been slashed on a vehicle parked at 610 E. South St.

Monday

6:34 am - Deputies were called to 4560N 650E where five horses had wandered into the roadway and needed to be rounded up.

ARRESTS

Scott Ray Wagler, 36, Washington, was arrested Monday by Washington City Police on charges of driving while suspended with a prior conviction and possession of methamphetamine. He is currently being held without bond.

Brandi Lottes, 27, Washington, was arrested Wednesday by Washington City Police on a petition to revoke for possession of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine and forgery. She is being held on $10,000 bond.
