7:38 p.m. - An employee of Swifty’s, 409 W. Nat’l Hwy., reported a drive-off worth $15 in gas by a gold Chevrolet S-10 truck.

Christopher Clark, 36, Washington, was arrested by Daviess County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday on a failure to report to the Daviess County Security Center warrant. He was being held at the security center without bond.
Kevin Roark, 45, Washington, was arrested by sheriff’s deputies Wednesday on a warrant for receiving stolen property. He was being held without bond.
Jami Pate, 50, Washington, was arrested by sheriff’s deputies Wednesday for conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. She was being held without bond.

City arrests 2 during traffic stop Two Washington residents were arrested on multiple charges following a traffic stop on Wednesday. At 7:55 p.m., an employee of Fast Max, 1202 E. Nat'l Hwy., reported a theft. City Sgt. Buck Seger then pulled over a Chevrolet sedan matching the caller's description near 800 E. Nat'l Hwy. Officers found the driver, Angela Gray, 30, and Justin Clark, 29, with multiple prescription pills and marijuana. They also found stolen property. Gray was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of a legend drug, possession of stolen property, theft, check fraud, forgery and two counts of conspiracy to commit fraud. Clark was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, visiting a common nuisance and three counts of possession of a Schedule III controlled substance. Both are being held at the Daviess County Security Center. Gray is being held on $39,000 bond while Clark is held without bond.
