WASHINGTON — Williams reunion on Sunday

The Nora and Beve Williams family reunion will be held at noon Sunday at Washington Eastside Park Pavilion. Bring a picnic lunch and any mementoes.

City offices to be closed

All city offices and departments will be closed Monday in observance of Memorial Day. There will be no trash pick-up and the city bus will not be in operation. The Recycling Center will also be closed. Residents with Monday as their regular trash pick-up day should have their trash ready for pick up by 7 a.m. Tuesday. Contact the Street Department at 254-4564.

Loogootee board to meet

Loogootee Community School Corporation Board of School Trustees will meet in executive session at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday to receive information about prospective employees. The open session will be at 7 p.m. Items included on the agenda: textbook adoption; Title I grant; student handbooks.

ND board meeting

North Daviess Community Schools board will meet at 7 p.m. today. Items included on the agenda: student handbook; state and federal programs; donation.
