WASHINGTON — CITY REPORT

Wednesday

11:26 a.m. - A female caller on S. Meridian Street said three juvenile males were throwing snowballs at vehicles. No one was found when officers arrived.

8:19 a.m. - Ptl. Eric Eichmiller, while attempting to pick up Asst. Chief Todd Church in a red Chevrolet Silverado usually driven by Mayor Joe Wellman, slid into a parked vehicle on Meredith Street. Both vehicles sustained minor damage.

A total of nine drive-offs were reported in the city after the snowstorm. Drive-off numbers in the county were not available.

2:46 a.m. - A female, Emily Butler, Washington, was arrested by city police following a traffic stop on Edwardsport Road. Butler was taken into custody for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Her arrest information was not available.

8:59 a.m. - A caller in Plainville reported finding some items in a ditch. A deputy collected the items and will be verifying serial numbers for possible return.
