The Daviess County American Red Cross blood drive scheduled for Tuesday at Williams Bros. Health Care has been canceled until further notice.

Graduation

pictures ready

Washington High School seniors who ordered graduation pictures may pick them up in the high school office between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday from now through July 10.

Donations accepted for cemetery

Donations are being accepted to help maintain Ebenezer Cemetery on SR 257S. Make checks payable to the Ebenezer Cemetery Fund, c/o Trustee Larry Devine, 1379W 450S, Washington, IN 47501 or call 486-6539.

Special Ed Co-op to hold meeting

The Daviess Martin Special Education Co-op will be conducting a consultation meeting at 8:30 a.m. July 24 at the Daviess-Martin Special Education Co-op office, 9 W. Main St., Washington.

Any parent of a student who is home schooled and qualifies for special education services is invited to attend. All administrators from any private school should also plan to attend. This includes students living in the Washington, North Daviess, Barr-Reeve and Loogootee school districts.

Information will be given and discussed pertaining to special education services provided to home schooled and private school students by the Daviess-Martin Special Education Co-op according to Indiana Article 7.
