Tuesday

7:21 a.m. - A caller reported 3 horses were running loose near the intersection of CR-150N and East National Highway.

10:31 a.m. - A woman reported finding a large orange traffic cone in the bushes behind her garage at 909 West Walnut.

Monday

11:30 p.m. - A woman reported hearing someone trying to pry open the rear door to her home at Lot 2 Southview Trailer Ct. Police responded but were unable to locate anyone in the area.

4:16 p.m. - Police received a report of a theft from Smoker’s Host Tobacco Discount at 301 E.National Highway. An employee gave police a copy of a video tape that showed the theft.

COUNTY REPORT

7:23 p.m. - A caller at 1215 W. Walnut St. reported that her husband had lost his LG A340 cellphone at The Great Wall Chinese restaurant near Walmart. The caller advised she and her husband had called the cellphone and a female subject answered. The female subject said she had found the phone and would meet the owner at a gas station in Vincennes. The caller advised she called the phone again and a man answered this time. The caller was advised of her options.

7:36 a.m. - A caller on CR 100 N. reported hitting a deer in a company vehicle. The bumper of the vehicle was stuck in the wheel.

ARRESTS

Brandi Robin Lottes, 27, Washington, was arrested Monday by Washington police on a warrant for failure to appear for theft, failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear for possession of meth, failure to appear for possession of chemical reagents or precursors with the intent to manufacture a controlled substance, failure to appear for receiving stolen property, failure to appear for possession of paraphernalia, and petition to revoke suspended sentence for forgery, possession of meth, and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $5,000.

Jody Lee Toler, 36, Christianburg, Va., was arrested Monday by Washington police on three counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a controlled substance, operating a vehicle with intoxicated endangering a person and possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. Bond was set at $6,500.
