WASHINGTON — CITY REPORT

Wednesday

11:46 p.m. - Erica Keith, 511 Blockade Street, reported a theft of $80 from a person. Complaintant stated this happened at Family Video. Keith stated she spoke with employee and the employee denied any theft, and employee refused to check her purse. Officer advised there was no proof of money being lost or stolen. Family Video will be contacting management to view the video.

Thursday

2:27 a.m. - Caller reported a dog running loose and barking. Caller believes it belongs to residence at 702 SE 2nd St. Caller advised the dog keeps running from the back door, barking and wanting inside. Dispatch made contact with owners daughter, Amber Armstrong. She’s clear of complaintant and is coming to get the dog.

COUNTY REPORT

Wednesday

7:25 a.m. - Drive off reported at Fast Max’s in Elnora. White male wearing brown jacket and black tobogan was 6 feet tall. Suspect drove off with $63.81 in gasoline.

9:51 a.m. - A caller advised that a deer was stuck in a fence north of the Sports Complex, at 1112 W. Avondale Ave. in Washington. When officers arrived, the deer had broken free.

ARRESTS

Kyle L. Coleman, 27, Washington, was arrested by police Wednesday for theft. He was released on a bond of $2,500.

Christopher Clark, 35, Washington was arrested by police Wednesday for disorderly conduct.

Roger Humes, 59, Winslow, was arrested for public indecency and OVWI .15 or higher.
