WASHINGTON — COUNTY REPORT

Friday

8:27 a.m. - A caller advised a window had been broken at the courthouse. Officers checked the windows but could only find cracks that had been there for quite some time.

CITY REPORT

Friday

10:05 p.m. - Jeff Owens, 2 Glenwood Drive, reported three suspicious subjects dressed in dark clothing walking east on Glenwood Dr.

The subjects had walked around the area several times and were carrying something. Extra patrol was requested for the area.

2:01 p.m. - Scott Terry, 916 Hwy 57 N., advised his John Deere lawn mower had been taken from his garage sometime last week.

ARRESTS

Friday

Tyler Hovis, 27, Washington, was arrested by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department Friday for dealing methamphetamine. Bond was set at $100,000.

Matthew Dixon, 19, Loogootee, was arrested by Washington police Friday on three counts of theft, inhaling toxic vapors, and minor possession. Bond was set at $6,500.

Saturday

Juan Enriquez Carrera, 30, Washington, was arrested by Washington police Saturday on two counts of possession of marijuana and false government identification. No bond was set.

Jose Antonio Malpica Coreano, 28, Washington, was arrested by Washington police Saturday on two counts of possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle having never been licensed.

No bond was set.

Jessica Lynn Rainey, 30, Washington, was arrested by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department Saturday  for a probation violation. No bond was set.

Andrew Paul Watts, 23, Vincennes, was arrested by Washington police Saturday for criminal conversion. He was released on $2,000 bond.
