Choir to perform at Twin Oaks

Allegheny Wesleyan College Choir will be in concert at Twin Oaks Church,

1911 E CR 650N, Petersburg, at 7 p.m. Friday.

Fish Fry at North Daviess

The North Daviess High School Science Club and senior class will sponsor a Jonah Club Fish Fry from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Saturday, March 16, in the North Daviess High School cafeteria.

It includes slaw, baked beans, dessert, drink and all the fish you can eat.

Tickets may be purchased for $8 from any senior class or Science Club member. This is a benefit dinner to raise funds for the Samantha Porter scholarship.

Easter photos at TH

Easter photographs will be taken at the Times Herald offices, 102 E.

VanTrees St., from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

Live bunnies will be available for photos and will run in the newspaper.

Howard to speak at library

Author Carolyn Howard will be at Washington Carnegie Public Library, 300 W.

Main St., at 1 p.m. Saturday for discussion and book signing.

Her book, titled "Blood of My Ancestors," tells a story of murder in 1903 in Martin County.

Although based on a true story, the book is classified as historical fiction. Books will be available for sale. Registration is required.
