WASHINGTON — CITY REPORT

6:14 a.m. An employee of Hometown IGA, 900 National Hwy., reported a possible inpaired driver. The driver drove with no lights on across the parking lot and nearly into a field before parking at the end of the plaza and turning on the lights. Officers checked out the situation and the driver stated that they had to go into work at 7 a.m. and were waiting.

ARRESTS

Shay Dee Arnold, 20, Washington, was arrested Wednesday by the Daviess County Sheriff's Department on a warrant with three counts of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond is set at $100,000.

Jesse Caleb Arnold, 24, Washington, was arrested Tuesday by  Washington police for driving while suspended with a prior. No bond was set.

Michael Shane Font, 39, Washington, was arrested Tuesday by the Daviess County Sheriff's Department for a writ of attachment. Bond is set at $1,000.

Stacey Jo Font, 36, Washington, was arrested Tuesday by the Daviess County Sheriff's Department for a writ of attachment. Bond is set at $1,000.

Timothy E. Gregory, 36, Washington, was arrested Tuesday by Washington police on a warrant with  three counts of arson, criminal recklessness, and criminal mischief, and new charges of maintaining a common nuisance, and possession of marijuana under 30 grams. Bond is set at $12,500.

Edith Nichol Mandabach, 36, Washington, was arrested Tuesday by Washington police with four counts of maintaining a common nuisance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance,  possession of marijuana under 30 grams, and possession of paraphenalia. She was released on bond.

Angela Michelle Stapleton, 37, Washington, was arrested Tuesday by Washington police on four counts of possession of a syringe (two counts), visiting a common nuisance, and possession of paraphenalia. Bond is set at $100,000.

Michael Leroy Walls, 29, Washington, was arrested Tuesday by Washington police on five counts of possession methamphetamine, visiting a common nuisance, possession of marijuana, posession of paraphenalia, and possession of a a sechedule IV controlled substance. He was released on bond.

Amie Wagler, 28, Washington was arrested Tuesday by the Daviess County Sheriff's Department on a warrant of failure to appear. No bond has been set.

Damon Brian Meek, 20, Odon, was arrested Monday by Indiana State Police on five counts of  operating a vehicle while intoxicated, auto theft, possession of methamphetamine, manufacturing of methamphetamine, possession and sale of precursors, possession of a controlled substance and dumping a controlled substance.

Garrick Walls, 22, Washington was arrested Monday by the Daviess County Sheriff's Department on a warrant for two counts of dealing in a schedule II controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Bond was set at $50,000.
