1:17 p.m. - A female reported that she had been driving and near the intersection of Maxwell and McCullough, she had to stop her car because there was a baby sitting in the street. 

There were people sitting in chairs at a house by the intersection and they claimed the baby. Officers were sent to speak to the individuals at the residence.

9:57 a.m. - A caller reported a red Ford Mustung hit a guardrail at Clark Road and kept going. The vehicle was later located at 117 Mill St. 

The driver was cited for not maintaining car insurance. 

9:30 a.m. — A caller reported that a converted school bus hauling pigs westbound on Hwy. 50 near Loogootee had pigs jumping out the back of the vehicle. Another truck was sent to pick up the pigs. 


Michael C. Dunkley, Jr., 27, Traverse City, MI.,was arrested Wednesday by Washington police on counts of resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct, public intoxication and four counts of criminal mischief. Bond was set at $14,000.
