WASHINGTON — CITY REPORT

Tuesday

1:15 p.m. - A complaintant at CVS/Pharmacy, 307 E. National Hwy, received a call from a subject claiming to be with Dr. Duerfeldt’s office in Vincennes. The subject was calling in a prescription for Lortab and Adderall. The complaintant advised they had called Dr. Duerfeldt’s office and no one from the office had called in a prescription. They also advised that someone had been calling in prescriptions at different pharmacies.

Monday

2:26 p.m. - A complaintant at 504 E. George St. reported that two loaded guns were stolen from the residence.

COUNTY REPORT

Monday

4:40 p.m. - A elderly reckless driver was reported in the area near Prairie Village. The driver then got on the bypass and was heading west when officers stopped the car near Strawberry Hall Rd., just shy of  the Monroe City turn off.

The Knox County Sheriff’s Department was called to assist.

11:06 p.m. - Officers were called to the Montgomery campgrounds to investigate a possible anhydrous leak. It was determined tractors had been  spraying anhydrous in the area. 

ARRESTS

Brandon Lee Bakerm 27, Odon, was arrested Monday by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for dealing in methamphetamine. Bond was set at $100,000.

Brian L. Cassidy, 27, Washington, was arrested Monday by Washington police on two counts of burglary, two counts of theft, two counts of residential entry, two counts of possession of stolen property, two counts of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, one count of possession of a schedule III controlled substance and one count of unauthorized entry of a vehicle. No bond was set.

Joseph Tyler Brock, 20, Petersburg, was arrested Monday by Washington police for invasion of privacy. Bond was set at $2,000.
