COUNTY REPORT

 8:26 p.m. - A hit and run accident was reported at CR 2352E 250S. The vehicle had left the scene and was traveling on Donaldson Road.

7:38 p.m. - A caller at John Street and Fifth Street in Odon reported a car in a ditch. When officers arrived, the vehicle was gone.

4:41 p.m. - A caller reported a silver pick up driving in a field near Troy Road and CR 500S. The pick up was reported tearing up the field.

3:49 p.m. - A caller advised of an accident near SR 57 and CR 150S with possible injuries.

1:34 p.m. - A caller on CR 150S and SR 257 reported that one of his employees had been hit from behind by another vehicle. A state report was filed.

10:09 a.m. - A caller on I-69 near the exit ramp heading south, reported that cattle was in the roadway. The owner of the cattle was contacted.

8:11 a.m. - A fight was reported at Chuckles in Odon. When officers arrived, the subjects were no longer there.

5:36 a.m. - Multiple callers  on CR 975N advised there was a tree down in the area.  One of the callers stated that he had ran his vehicle into. The caller was able to drive his vehicle to his father’s shop in Odon.

ARRESTS

Guadaleupe Fuentes, Jr., 43, Washington,  was arrested  on a warrant by Washington police Monday on three counts of battery  by means of a deadly weapon, attempted battery by means of a deadly weapon, and battery resulting in bodily injury.  Bond was set at $50,000.
