Feed My Sheep on Saturday

WASHINGTON — Truelove soup supper Saturday

The youth and congregation of Truelove United Methodist Church, Loogootee, will sponsor a soup supper from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Saturday. Menu includes chili, chicken noodle or vegetable soup, hot dog or coney dog, drink and dessert. Carry out available.

Feed My Sheep on Saturday

Feed My Sheep will distribute groceries from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at 601 W. Oak St. There will be no admittance to the building until 9 a.m. and the doors will be locked at 1 p.m.

Groceries will be distributed at the Odon Nazarene Church, SR 58, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday for persons with Odon and Elnora addresses.

Emergency food will only be given by referral from another agency. Connections can be reached at 257-2650

Feed My Sheep is a food-help program for residents of Daviess County. If you have any questions for Feed My Sheep, call 254-5429 and leave a message.

B-R Kindergarten Roundup

Kindergarten Roundup for Barr-Reeve Community Schools will be March 15. There will be two sessions available, 9 a.m. or 1 p.m. at the Primary building. Parents need to bring incoming students and their original birth certificate. Contact the office at 486-3235 with any questions.

RTL membership drive ongoing

Daviess and Martin County Right To Life Organizations are having their Annual Membership/Donation Drive through the month of February.

Mail your contribution to Right To Life, P.O. Box 41, Washington, IN 47501. Or you can go online at www.daviesscountyrtl.com and at the bottom of the page click “Donate” or under the “Info Tab” at the top, select “Membership Info” and follow the instructions.
