WASHINGTON — CITY REPORT

7:56 p.m. - A complainant on E. Nat'l Hwy. reported there was a truck popped open playing very loud music.

5:26 p.m. - A female complainant said that she received a Facebook message stating she had won some money but needed to send money to the address listed in the message. The female was advised this was a scam and that several similar scams were happening.

3:59 p.m. - Alice Canary, 501 Vine St., reported that two orange and white weedeaters, a red push mower and a blue and white Yamaha motorcycle had been stolen from her residence.

ARRESTS

Brandi R. Lottes, 26, Washington, was arrested Wednesday by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department for maintaining a common nuisance. No bond was set.

Kelly D. Stevens, 39, Washington, was arrested Wednesday by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department for maintaining a common nuisance. Bond was set at $2,500.

Michael W. Garland, 49, Washington, was arrested Wednesday by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department on four counts of maintaining a common nuisance, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a syringe, and manufacturing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school. No bond was set.

Thomas L. Cardinal, 24, Washington, was arrested Wednesday by Washington police for driving a vehicle without ever receiving a license. Bond was set at $2,000.

James A. Booher, 26, Washington,was arrested Wednesday by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for failure to appear in Martin Co. No bond was set.

Adam J. Wilkie, 28, Plainville,  was arrested Wednesday by the Daviess Count Sheriff’s Department on warrants from Pike and Hamilton counties. No bond was set.

Billy D. Harris, 29, Bloomfield, was arrested Wednesday by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department for failure to appear. Bond was set at $2,000.
