WASHINGTON — CITY REPORT

Monday

8:49 p.m. - A complainant on station turned in a pouch that contained an electronic tablet. The pouch was found at Eastside Park.

Tuesday 4:10 a.m. — A complainant reported that a piece of wood went through the roof of a vehicle at Washington Chrysler Center. The vehicle, a 2013 Red Dodge four-door, was registered to Jessica and Marcus Armes of Washington and sustained serious damage.

3:49 a.m. — Sarah Abel, 803 E. Walnut, reported a limb had struck a 2005 silver Chevy Malibu, damaging the passenger side and rear passenger window.

 3:32 a.m. — A caller near Jefferon and Ogden St. reported a tree down.

3:05 a.m. — Brittany Russell, 203 SW 1st, reported a tree had fallen and is now in her kitchen. 

2:58 a.m. — City officers reported that the front glass of Daily’s Furniture, 208 E. Main, had been broken and tht bricks were all over the sidewalk and street.

2:43 a.m. — About 40 to 50 calls for power outages were reported.

2:43 a.m. — A complainant reported a tree down at E. Main and NE 7th.

2:42 a.m. — A complainant reported a tree down at 204 SW 1st.

2:42 a.m. — A complainant reported  trees down on Bedford Rd. and S. Meridian.

2:42 a.m.  — City officers reported debris on SE 2nd and E. Main.

2:42 a.m. — A utility pole was reported down at 617 W. Main.  

COUNTY REPORT

Monday

3:01 p.m. - Lindsay Renee Smith, 700 E. Main, reported that someone had broken into her storage unit.

2:58 p.m. - A caller on E. US 50 near Loogootee advised that parts of a metal barn were in the road. 

2:45 p.m. - A caller near the intersection of Walmart and Cumberland Drive advised that a wallet was in the intersection and papers and cards were blowing around. The owner of the wallet collected her things.
