CITY REPORT

Thursday

10:31 p.m. - A female caller said a car on N.E. Seventh Street was vandalized with a hammer. Photos were taken.

7:30 p.m. - An employee of Chuckle’s, 201 N.E. Fifth St., reported a drive-off worth $43.59 in gas. No description of a vehicle was given.

COUNTY REPORT

Thursday

10:46 p.m. - A caller said a woman in a dark coat and jeans was trying to open the drive-thru window at Fish and Carry, Odon. No one was found when deputies arrived.

12:36 p.m. - A female caller reported a stop sign down after an accident on Bixler Road and 11th Street. A minor accident report was completed. Three other minor accidents and slide-offs were reported to dispatchers.

9:59 a.m. - A female reported a vehicle in a ditch at 575E 1100N. The vehicle was pulled out of the ditch, but the woman was later taken to the hospital with a headache and blurry vision.

ARRESTS

Gaspar Gomez Lucas, 41, Washington, was arrested by city police Thursday for operating a vehicle while never receiving a license. He was being held at the Daviess County Security Center on $2,000 bond.

Brandi Lottes, 27, Washington, was arrested by Daviess County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday for leaving the scene of an accident and theft. She was being held without bond.

Samantha Guy, 23, Washington, was arrested by city police Thursday for driving while suspended with a prior conviction. She was being held on $2,000 bond.

Jon Postlewaite, 41, Oblong, Ill., was arrested by sheriff’s deputies Thursday on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for dealing in methamphetamine. He was being held on $100,000 bond.
