Wednesday 3:44 p.m. – Complainant advised she believes residents at 610 W. Main St. have been gone for three days, and their three large dogs have been continually howling. Owners were not answering phone calls to the residence. Complainant advised she tried to reach Animal Control, but they are gone for the day. PTL Cummings doesn’t believe dogs have been given food or water for three days. Complainant eventually made contact with owners, Larry and Amanda Brown, who said they fed the dogs Monday evening. PTL Cummings advised it appeared the dogs hadn’t been fed and the water appeared to be from previous night’s rain. Cummings advised subjects that they need to get to the residence to take care of the dogs. Larry Brown called Animal Control to have them pick up the dogs as he’s unable to care for them.

3:58 p.m. – Complainant advised problem with a dog that gets into everyone’s trash. Dog lives at 109 W. Van Trees Apt. A and owners let the dog run loose on a regular basis.
