11:19 a.m. - A compliant stated that the residence at 411 Cosby St. contained a possible meth lab. Officers searched the residence of Earl Thomas Clap, Jr., and found meth making materials. Clap was cited for manufacturing meth.



11:09 p.m. - A caller advised that he was walking an smelled anhydrous in the area near N. SR57 and CR500.

6:30 p.m. - A caller in Odon reported that an older man dressed in jeans, a white shirt and a ball cap is going door to door asking for money. Officers found the subject and told him to return to his residence or he would be charged with public intoxication.

2:54 p.m. - An employee of the Plainville Co-Op reported that someone in a white two-door passenger car drove off without paying for $40.32 in fuel.

12:05 p.m. - A caller advised that someone came into the gas station in Elnora and reported there had been an accident west of Plainville and REMC needed to be contacted due to a snapped electric pole.

8:34 a.m. - A caller in Elnora reported that her son had left his vehicle on the road in Plainville overnight and the vehicle was no longer there.


Antonio Mora Sandoval, 18, Frankfort, Ind., was arrested Wednesday by the Daviess County Sheriff’s department for failure to appear. Bond was set at $2,000.
